How we can control the qualitied project effectively?
They use a lot of techniques to statistic, analyze, assess, check and monitor the progress of a project’s implementation and quality control of a project. There are some following tools used to control the quality of a project:
- Process flow diagram: this is a method to show the implementation progress of activities and finish a project, and is the basic to analyze and assess the progressing and factors has been affected to quality of activities or determine what activity waste could be eliminated, what activity need to be revised, improved to perfection and is the basic for determine the position and role of each participated member in the quality control progress.
- Fishbone diagram (causal-result chart): is the chart that shows the causes affected a certain outcome. In the quality control progressing, fishbone diagram works to find what causes affected to quality and determine what causes need to be handle first.
- Patero chart: is the column chart that shows by images of causes that made the quality is poor, and reflecting the factors that made the quality of a project do not equal with the requirements within a certain period of time
