What is the cycle of a project?

The cycle of a project or called the period of a project are defined from three points as the following: 1. Project has the start and end point. 2. Project is created to solve a problem or to archive a demand. 3. Project Management Processing has been done parralel with the cycle of that project. Arcording to World Bank, the Cycle of a project including some tasks as following order:
1. Determine the contents of the project. 2. Prepare the data. 3. Evaluate the data and pick up a solution to make it done. 4. Negotiate and mobilize personel to establish project team. 5. Develope the project, including detail design and execution. 6. Implement the project. 7. Assess after finish the project. So, we can see the cycle of a project is the period of time to finish the investment processing and divide 3 parts: 1. Prepare to invest, including study the chance to implement project, pre-feasibility study and feasibility study. 2. Implement the investment including design and construction 3.
